Summer Maintenance Vacancies
Galeton Area School District is accepting applications from students currently in grades 10-12 and recent graduates for summer maintenance positions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to cleaning, painting, organizing supplies, and moving classroom furniture. There are up to four positions available, and at least two of the candidates will need to have the ability to lift at least 75 pounds.
Interested students should submit a letter of interest and standard employment application (available in the district office) to Mrs. Cochran, Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent, by February 13, 2023. Questions regarding the position should be addressed to Mr. Turner at gturner@gasd.net.

2023-2024 Federal Programs Stakeholder Meeting #2
Content: GASD will hold a stakeholder meeting for Federal Programs during the month of January. The purpose is to discuss federal program funding for the district including current/past programming, current district needs, plans for 2023-24, and suggestions for future funding. A date and time will be set based on the availability of those interested in participating.
