In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Galeton Area School District may utilize online services, websites, applications, and software with students under the age of 13. Federal law requires companies to obtain verifiable parental consent before such tools may be used by children under 13 years of age.  

Galeton Area School District may utilize online services, websites, applications, and software with students aged 13-17 that sometimes require parent consent.
