About Miss Perry
Miss Perry is the Title 1 ELA teacher in the elementary.
Miss Perry was born and grew up in southwest Iowa. Her father was a farmer then a John Deere farm implement dealer, and her mother was a homemaker. She attended the American Institute of Business in Des Moines, Iowa, Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, and Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania where she received an MA in Reading Specialist. In addition she trained in Reading Recovery and Orton Gillingham. She is also the chairperson of the Scholastic Book Fair and a member of the ROAR Store committee.
Miss Perry enjoys sewing, gardening, reading, history, and being mom to her daughter who is in her third year of college.
