Mrs. Kay Stuart
High School Principal
Mrs. Kay Stuart received her BS/MS from Mansfield University. She obtained her Administration Certification from St. Bonaventure University. She has a husband who is a retired teacher and they have one son, Blaine. Blaine resides in Victor, NY where he does research and development of fuel cell cars. She also has a nephew, Nate, who is working in the automotive trades in Elkland. Mrs. Stuart is the president of the Northern Tier League and is active in the following: Knoxville Community Players, Knoxville Yoked Churches, and she is a state committee member of Delta Kappa Gamma
