          ABOUT GHS

                  Galeton is a small rural school with approximately 405 students in Pre-K through 12th grade. Galeton is second smallest school district in the state.  Despite the small student enrollment, GHS is able to provide quality programs for our students such as all day kindergarten, all day preschool, summer programs, after school campus centers, and numerous extra curriclar activities. As the school is the hub of the community, the school activities such as: open house, plays, graduation, and sporting events receive overwhelming community support .
